What is the shelf life of mason jar fruit preserves?

Can I freeze regular pint mason jars?

Come to find out there are ‘can or freeze’ type jars, which appear to be slightly tapered. Now that I’ve got it all in the regular jars and cooling in the fridge to set, can I freeze the regular jars?
