I have been dismissed from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. How can I be readmitted?

I have been dismissed from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, on grounds that I was not following the Arts program.

The thing is though, I want to major in Philosophy History, and was planning to transfer out of the school anyway.

What should I do? Do I have to reapply as a new student? Do I lose all my credits? I am not sure what I should be doing, or what I should do if I am forced to take a semester off.

Can I get admission to George Mason University?

I only have one foreign language credit, and I am receiving a standard diploma.
On George Mason’s website they say they look at level of difficulty in various subjects including foreign language and on College Board they said it is a requrement.
I was wondering is their any chance i could get in?
