Virginia Tech or George Mason University with Biology Major?

Would you rather go to Virginia Tech or George Mason with a major in biology? Since I live closer to George Mason, I wouldn’t have to pay for room and board. So would it be worth it to pay about double the amount to go to Virginia Tech?
