Glass is non-porous, so all you have to do is get the surface clean and you should stop the smell. Plastic however is porous so the smell absorbs directly into the plastic and you can't completely get rid of it. The gasket on the jar lide will probably still somewhat smell since the gasket portion is somwhat porous. A little watered down bleach or washing it really good should do the trick. Assuming you've washed out the jar thoroughly, me thinks, the odor is probably coming from the GASKETS in the jar's lid. The oils from the pasta have penetrated (with the alcohol as a solvent) into the plastic/rubber gasket... The oils in the pasta are relatively light oils, so I would think that simply exposing the lids to warm air (like sunlit-warm air) would eventually carry away the odors after a day or two. Or, of course, just switch lids, if you need to use the jars right away. (By the way, we had vodka/salmon pasta in Rome not far from the Collesium last fall, and it was ex-cell-ent.) Then, empty and immediatly pour in boiling water with a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar. Cool to room temp, empty and wash.
