if your dog is bleeding from anywhere, and you don’t know what to do…take him to the vet…it’s as easy as that…

Okay…now I can’t tell who is kidding and who isn’t.

Are you being serious? If yes, you have to go to a vet. Good grief.

If this is a joke…haha, I guess.

Blood and the presence of a green discharge indicates an infection. If it has been going on for a year or even weeks, this is very serious. He needs to see a vet ASAP to avoid kidney failure or many other diseases.

Take him to the vets for crying out loud! If you can’t afford to, surrender him to a rescue organization that will get him into foster care, with a responsible family that will take care of him properly, until he finds a permanent home.

Your dog will not heal itself anymore than you would if you were bleeding and oozing pus.

Why are you letting him suffer?

This dog needs to go to the vet. He could have Kidney stones and they will not heal themselves if it has been going on for a long time.

Your dog may have a urinary tract infection that need medical treatment right away. If untreated it may affect his kidneys. Any kind of discharges or bleedings need immediate attention. They don’t heal by themselves.

your dog sounds like he may have an infection.. he needs a vet! If he has a bladder infection, it can eventually affect his kindeys.. which will cause major problems later.

This is not something that will go away on his own.

He need to go to the vet. The dog is bleeding from his ***** and he has a greenish color discharge meaning it is infected. He needs a check up and most vets will allow payments. Take him yourself if mom wont take you.

The greenish discharge is normal for male dogs. but the bleeding should be something to worry about. take him to the vet and get that checked out.

GO TO THE VET! Things like this just dont go away on their own! Pets need medical attention just as humans do. Its probably a urinary tract infection. It will bleed and have a crusty discharge. Get your dog to the vet asap!

its probably bladder stones. my grandmas dog had this and she had to take her dog to the vet. its very painful (so I’ve heard) and yes it could be serious. he’ll probably need to have surgery to remove the bladder stones.

He needs to go to the vet, it is probably an infection if it is green and needs to be taken care of.

TAKE HIM TO THE VET!!!

Taking him to the vet is the best strategy. One of my male dogs had bleeding from his penis, and it turned out to be bladder stones. He had to have major surgery to have them removed, and is now on a special diet to keep them from reoccurring. It could also be a urinary-tract infection. Your vet may give him and antibiotic to try to clear it up. Greenish discharge, I am unfamiliar with. It could be because this problem has gone untreated for a year (if I am interpreting what you’ve said correctly), and is advanced. If your mom won’t take him, call and talk to your vet on the phone, explain the symptoms and your concerns. As a pet owner, you have an obligation to the well-being of your dog at all times, not just when it’s convenient. There are laws in place that state that an owner of an animal must provide his or her pet with shelter (at least a 3-sided building), water, food, and adequate veterinary care. I’ve heard of the ASPCA removing animals from a retired vet for letting ailments go untreated. If she won’t take your dog to the vet, at least have her talk to him/her on the phone (once you’ve done so your self and described his symptoms). Maybe your vet can convince her that it’s important the dog gets care. If money’s the issue. perhaps there’s some aid available. Also, the longer it goes on, and the worse it gets, the more treatment will cost and the less likely it will be fixable! I don’t want to scare you, but this is potentially a grim situation. The sooner you talk to your vet about it, the better!!!

I’m very sorry to hear this. it may be very difficult to determine without blood chemistry tests. It is probably urinary tract related.it may be kidney related, but you say it’s been 1 year?
Doe’s he walk stiff legged; he may void alittle-alot uremic–
poisoning is a possibility but not definite.Urinary tract disease is something a vet needs to check.if caught early it is easily treated with antibiotics, green discharge indicates an infection but it could be stones or just a sheath infection if there is’nt a lot of pain then it could be isolated to the penis
the immediate area.BRING HIM TO A VETS OFFICE
NOW not later.chances are if he is not in pain it is very
treatable.IT is best to be sure ,no dogs do not heal themselves.I would go broke to help my dog if I had a choice
watch him the vet will ask you alot of questions how often
he pees how much -weak stream?dark yellow?PAIN?
arch of back is indicative of this.give him plenty of clean
cold water and watch his behavior he should **** it down
over an hour or so if not in this heat -I would worry it is
not a laymans call but please talk to you’re mom.
DOGS CANT TALK they depend on us to care for them.
good luck, hope he’s alright. It could be serious.or not.
He needs an examination.Mason will Thank you.
