Would you rather go to Virginia Tech or George Mason with a major in biology? Since I live closer to George Mason, I wouldn’t have to pay for room and board. So would it be worth it to pay about double the amount to go to Virginia Tech?

George Mason University is a great school. Since you don’t have to pay for room and board than go to that school. But if you pick Virginia Tech that is a great school too.
I changed my mind about George Mason. I LOVE the school, but I decided to give Virginia Tech a try. I’m trying to get into Med. School later and I think that VT is more prestigious when it comes to sciences. GMU is more for like Poli Sci and Law and stuff. But IDK I might transfer to GMU if VT turns out to ****. I would say VT for you if you want emphasis on the sciences as a curriculum, but GMU if you want emphasis on internships.
